Privacy Policy
Effective date: November 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how the Google Ads reporting and analysis tool operated by Faruk Hossain Eimon (the “owner”, “we”, “us”) accesses, uses, stores, shares and deletes Google user data. The tool (the “Tool”) is an internal tool. It is used only for Google Ads accounts that we own and for client accounts we have been authorized to work on. It is not offered to the general public.
1. Google user data we access
With the authorization of the Google Ads account holder, the Tool connects to the Google Ads API and accesses the following data:
- Google Ads customer IDs and account names
- Campaign, ad group, ad and keyword names, settings and status
- Budgets and bidding settings
- Performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, cost, conversions and conversion value
- Search term reports and conversion action settings
- The OAuth credentials needed to keep the connection authorized
2. How we use Google user data
We use this data only to:
- Produce performance reports for the authorized account
- Analyze campaign performance and plan improvements
- Monitor spend, conversions and tracking issues
We do not use Google user data for any other purpose. We do not use it to serve advertising, including retargeting or personalized ads, and we do not use it to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
3. Changes to Google Ads accounts
The Tool is read-only today. It is used for reporting, analysis and planning, and it does not change Google Ads accounts.
A separate feature for making changes is in development. It is disabled, and no changes are made through it. We will update this policy before turning it on.
4. How we store and protect data
Most data is fetched live for each request and is not saved. We store only the following limited data:
- OAuth credentials
- A list of accessible account IDs and names
- Reports the owner chooses to save
This data is stored only on the owner’s own computer and in the owner’s own Google Cloud project. Data held in Google Cloud is encrypted at rest by Google. Connections to the Google Ads API and to Anthropic are encrypted in transit. Apart from data sent to Anthropic for analysis, as described in section 6, we do not store Google user data on third-party servers.
5. How we share data
We do not sell Google user data. We do not transfer it to advertising platforms or data brokers, and we do not share it with third parties, with these two exceptions:
- Anthropic: data sent for analysis, as described in section 6.
- Legal requirements: where the law requires us to disclose it.
Reports on a client account are shared only with that client and the people they authorize.
6. AI processing
Google Ads report data is sent to Anthropic’s Claude AI, through Claude Code and claude.ai, only to produce analysis and recommendations that the owner requests.
We do not use Google user data to train AI models. The owner has turned off the setting that allows chats to be used for model training, so Anthropic does not use these chats to train its models, apart from the limited cases its policies describe, such as conversations flagged for safety review or submitted as feedback.
Anthropic processes this data under its own Privacy Policy and Terms.
7. Google API Services User Data Policy
The Tool’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
8. Data retention and deletion
Stored Google user data is kept until the account holder asks us to delete it or revokes access. It is then deleted within 30 days.
Data sent to Anthropic is kept according to Anthropic’s own retention rules. On a deletion request, we also delete the related chats.
9. Your choices
- Revoke access: you can remove the Tool’s access at any time from your Google Account permissions page, or by removing our access in Google Ads.
- Request access or deletion: email us to ask what data we hold for your account, or to have it deleted.
10. Information you send us
If you contact us through this website or by email, we use the details you provide only to respond to you.
11. Changes to this policy
We will update this page if our data practices change, and will change the effective date above. If we plan to use Google user data in a new way, we will notify the affected account holders and obtain their consent first.
12. Contact
